ABOUT THE CARDS

GIFT CARD

A nameless card issued in stores. It is collected by the Customer upon purchase and can be used on the website or in the brand stores indicated on the card (excluding outlet and factory stores).

E-GIFT CARD

A nameless card that can be purchased online from the website. It is sent by e-mail to the recipient indicated upon purchase and can be used on the website or in the brand stores indicated on the card (excluding outlet and factory stores).

RETURN CARD

A nameless card issued online or in stores when a Customer exercises their right to return an item. It can be used on the website or in the brand stores indicated on the card (excluding outlet and factory stores). (Gift cards, e-gift cards and return cards are hereinafter also jointly referred to as the “Cards”).
The Cards may not all be available in the country of reference.
The Cards are a payment method and may not be considered as financial instruments. The issue and use of the Cards implies acceptance of these conditions, which can be found on the website or in stores. Retailers reserve the right to verify that the Card is used correctly, and to intervene in the event of improper use.

VALIDITY

The Cards may be used within 3 YEARS as of the issue date, provided the amount indicated has not been spent in full before the end of said period. The expiry date can be checked both on the website and in brand stores.

CHARACTERISTICS

The Cards

- cannot be reloaded;
- have no issue or activation costs, or commission for use;
- are not subject to discounts and promotions;
- can be used on several separate occasions until the full amount has been spent;
- cannot be converted into cash, and any balance remaining is non-returnable;
- do not entitle the holder to change or refunds of any kind, even in the event that the full amount has not been spent before the expiry date;
- cannot be used to purchase other Cards;
- cannot be purchased using vouchers issued by the retailer or by third parties during particular promotions;
- do not produce interest;
- will not be accepted and cannot be replaced if they have been tampered with or altered, or contain wording other than the wording originally established;
- are valid only in the country where they were activated, or in Italy.

LOSS OR THEFT

The Cards cannot be blocked or replaced in the event of loss or theft, with the exception of Cards issued by the website, provided that the amount indicated has not been spent in full in the meantime. The retailer is not liable for improper or fraudulent use of the Cards by third parties.
